Dell Inspiron Mini IM10-USE010AM Obsidian Laptop Review from Chip ecwcaw. I would never buy a Dell again, The netbook was delivered from Dell last Friday afternoon by Sunday morning it was not working correctly, it would freeze up while trying to start. I had a chat with technical support I was told this is a windows problem happens with all computers because we were with in the 21 days return policy they would ship me a replacement. I would have the replacement on Wed. or Thursday, when the netbook didn’t come I contacted Dell again via chat using the code I was given. I was told that I was never told the netbook would be delivered by Wed or Thurs, when I copied the section from the chat the technician then stated that is the normal replacement delivery time. I suggested maybe he should have told me that. Then I was told that he did his part this was a problem with the shippers and it has been shipped but he can’t give me a Fedex tracking number but will have someone call me when they have it…over 24 hours later still no phone call. I am returning this netbook and getting an HP, if Dell had not outsourced it’s technical support and customer service then maybe we could solve this problem. But now apparently the windows problem can be fixed if I will only discuss it with their wireless technical support…
